  • Vsecure is available for our customer 24X7 for assisting there day to day IT related operation problems either of IT hardware or software related. Our team is highly motivated & Available for resolving all issues either by telephonic or taking remote session
  • We aim at providing a comprehensive suite that includes the following services

  • All type of Tier-1,Tier-2 & Tier-3 support will be directly from our side any hardware failure related support also consider & work back to back with OEM to get it resolve as per the service line agreement but in this case Vsecure tech-support team will make some arrangement so that end customer work will not impact & there business operation will continue.
  • Tier-1: We have sufficient no of technical support engineers available which can get the first level problem resolve by telephonic or by mail.
  • Tier-2: We have tech-support engineers who can take the real time remote session to get the hardware or software related issue resolved.
  • Tier-3: Hardware replacement tech-support team is also ready in such case if hardware replacement required Vsecure tech support team raises the RMA to the respective OEM & get the hardware as per the SLA commitment.
